The Institut de Radioprotection et de Sûreté Nucléaire (IRSN) and the Health Protection Agency (HPA) invite you to participate to the 6th workshop on Internal Dosimetry of Radionuclides which will be held in Montpellier, France from the 2nd to the 5th of October 2006. This workshop follows previous meetings held in Versailles, France (1988); Elmau, Germany (1991); Bath, UK (1993); Avignon, France (1998) and Oxford, UK (2002).
This workshop on internal dosimetry of radionuclides will be a unique opportunity to present papers on and to debate about development of new biokinetic and dosimetric models, interpretation of monitoring data, medical use of radionuclides, methods for dosimetric assessment and implications of the new ICRP recommendations.

The work during the workshop will be carried out on a theme basis, led by renowned experts as invited speakers with oral and poster sessions for author communications. The highlights and conclusions will be presented in plenary session.
